1. Who we are

By using this website or the course, you agree to these terms.
2. What we provide
Genie in Your Pocket+ is an interactive web application that teaches you how to work effectively with AI assistants. The course includes lessons, an AI Teacher that gives feedback on your prompts, an AI assistant ("the Genie") for practice, and interactive trainers.
Some lessons are available free of charge. Full access to the course is available through a one-time purchase.
Beyond the course materials, the service includes bonus features — for example, the Genie window for free-form practice after you complete the course. Bonus features come with reasonable limits (such as a daily message allowance); the set of bonus features and their limits may change over time — this does not reduce the core course content, which remains yours.
The course is a living product: we continuously improve the lessons, trainers, and materials. Content may be updated, expanded, or replaced with better versions. This is part of the service, not a change to your purchase: the course you have access to only grows with these improvements.
3. Your account
You need to register to access the course. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. An account is for one person — you may not share access with others.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
4. Length of access
Your purchase gives you access to the course for as long as the service operates. We do not impose artificial time limits on your access.
The free lessons are open for 12 months from the day you register. After that, the free lessons close, but your account and your work are kept — purchasing the full course opens everything again. We may extend the free period at our discretion.
If we ever have to discontinue the service, we will give you at least 60 days' notice by email so that you have time to complete the course.
5. Payment and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all payment-related inquiries and returns.
We offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
When a refund is issued, access to the paid portion of the course ends.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials — lesson content, the "Open Palm" method, the instructional structure, the trainers, the prompts, and the software itself — are our intellectual property and are protected by law. A patent application covering the technology has been filed.
Your purchase grants you a personal licence to use the materials for your own learning. You may not:
- copy, publish, or distribute the course materials;
- resell or transfer your access to anyone else;
- use the materials or the method to teach others or to create your own instructional products;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Breaching these terms will result in your access being terminated without a refund.
7. How the AI works
This course uses artificial intelligence to provide feedback and practice. AI assistants can make mistakes and may give inaccurate or incomplete answers. This is a characteristic of the technology, not a fault of the service.
Do not rely on AI responses as professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. You are responsible for how you use the results you obtain.
We teach you how to work with AI, but we do not guarantee any specific learning outcome — results depend on your own effort.
8. Acceptable use
When using the service, you agree not to attempt to hack or disrupt the service, not to use it for any unlawful purpose, and not to place excessive load on it through automated requests.
We may terminate access if these terms are breached.
9. Your data
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the course.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
If you have any questions about these terms, email us at support@geniepocket.ai.
